Grace + Truth Relationship Assessment

Understand your relationship more deeply.

The Grace + Truth Relationship Assessment is an educational relationship tool designed to increase insight and encourage meaningful conversation. It is not a psychological evaluation, diagnosis, or substitute for counseling when clinical treatment is needed.

Who Is It For?

The assessment may be a good fit if you:

  • Want to understand your relationship more deeply

  • Keep getting stuck in the same patterns or conversations

  • Want to identify strengths before problems develop

  • Are preparing for marriage

  • Want a relationship “check-in” without committing to ongoing counseling

  • Aren't sure what you need, but know you'd like to be more intentional together

Assessment + Feedback includes:
  • Individual assessment completion for both partners

  • Personalized relationship results

  • 60-minute couples feedback session

  • Practical recommendations and next steps

Investment: $150 per couple

Complete the Assessment

Each partner completes the Grace + Truth Relationship Assessment individually, giving you both an opportunity to reflect honestly on your experiences within the relationship.

The assessment explores key areas of relationship health, including communication, connection, conflict, trust, expectations, shared values, and the patterns that shape how you relate to one another.

2

Understand Your Results

Your responses are brought together to create a personalized picture of your relationship.

We'll identify areas where you're already strong, places where your experiences may differ, recurring patterns that deserve attention, and opportunities to strengthen your connection.

3

Receive Personalized Feedback

You'll meet with me for a 60-minute feedback session where we'll walk through your results together.

I'll help you make sense of what we're seeing, connect the dots between different areas of your relationship, and identify practical next steps based on your relationship, not a generic checklist of what couples “should” be doing.
